81287054-Framework Contract for the execution of activities to support the digital transformation in Togo

The "Digital Transformation" Project in Togo, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, was set up to improve the digital transformation of the Togolese economy by strengthening the cooperation between public and private actors. This is achieved through three intervention areas: 1) Operationalising and strengthening the new digitalisation agency in Togo (Agence Togo Digital, ATD) with a focus on building capacity for digital ecosystem surveillance and private sector involvement 2) Improving cooperation between public and private actors on strengthening the local ecosystem"s capacity for digital innovation, involving public-private dialogue and measures to bolster entrepreneurial support organisations with a focus on digital entrepreneurship 3) Building an offer from public and/or private suppliers for support to small or medium-sized enterprises in Togo that seek to introduce digital products or services into their operations The contractor is expected to contribute expertise to all three intervention areas of the project.
