Development of a Sustainable Bioenergy Market in Serbia

Service for institutional capacity development for bioenergy projects in Serbia and institutionalization of know-how. To achieve this, a coherent system of standards, template contracts and operator models training concepts, information material, curricula and trainers’ manuals are to be elaborated, adjusted to the changed conditions, improved, systematized and presented in a user-friendly way in order to strengthen the capacities of Serbian partners to deliver high quality services within the selected bioenergy topics. In addition, the required service concepts and dissemination strategy have to be developed in close cooperation with GIZ and the partners in Serbia. This service includes the selection of suitable national partners for consultation, information and training, processing and preparation of documents and records, dissemination of information and know-how, organisation and realisation of conferences and workshops, study tours and on the job training.
