According to the needs of the needs of the already existing and future ISEP, the 3 work packages (WP) of the services contract are: 1: Developing the capacity for assurance of a) quality tutoring during company internships and b) quality teaching of external teachers - Study tour for ISEP staff (20-25 persons) to a French speaking African country - Support ISEP staff on enhancing the standardization of quality tutoring of interns (= ISEP students) at enterprise level - Improve the quality of the teaching in ISEPs provided by professionals 2: Developing managerial capacities in cooperative education approaches - Realize a needs assessment - In-person capacity-development sessions for directors in organisational management of cooperative approaches in technical higher education institutes 3: Advising ISEP Mbacké with its Green Campus in developing a sustainable development strategy - A study trip for the staff of ISEP Mbacké on the strategies and initiatives of "Education for Sustainable Development" of higher education institutions or institutions of vocational training in Germany and/or a French speaking European country - Support ISEP Mbacké in developing and implementing a sustainable development strategy The contractor is required to take the following key measures to avoid or reduce possible unintended negative results and to support gender equality in its area of responsibility. In the design of all measure's attention must be paid to avoid gender-specific disadvantages and to enable equal participation of men and women. The tenderer is required to show how the specified targets and results are to be achieved with the work packages. The tenderer should consider the following five factors: strategy, cooperation, steering structure, processes and learning and innovation. In addition, the tenderer must describe the design of the project management system in the narrower sense and explain how it will consider sustainability requirements (i.e., how the ISEPs will sustainably use the tools, resources and capacities that are produced/developed during the service provision). The tenderer is expected to present CVs of experienced team members (one team leader, one expert, and 2-4 expert as part of an expert pool), in total, about 150 expert days.
