81269066-Provision and implementation of a Monitoring Tool for Energising Development

The Energising Development Programme - EnDev - (www.endev.info) promotes sustainable access to modern energy services for households, social institutions and small to medium-sized enterprises in developing countries. EnDev has a MS Excel system for results-based monitoring that has been working for ten years, with several changes and adaptations. The object of this tender is the commissioning of an existing web-based tool for results-based monitoring that integrates the established processes, calculation formulas and existing data from the last ten years and can be flexibly used for EnDev"s monitoring at project and global level, in compliance with EU GDPR. The assignment includes the development of a concept for the transition to the new monitoring tool, the provision and operation of the monitoring tool (Software as a Service), the configuration of the monitoring tool and data migration as well as training and documentation.
