81247657-Employment Oriented Vocational Training in Skilled Crafts

The project aims to enable youth and young adults from the group of vulnerable Jordanians and Syrian refugees to take advantage of employment opportunities in the skilled crafts sector. This will be achieved by improving vocational qualification in selected skilled crafts professions as well as by enhancing target group and sector-specific information and counselling offers. Accordingly, the implementation is divided into two fields of action: ‘Pathways to training and employment in the skilled crafts sector’ and ‘Vocational qualification in skilled crafts occupations’. Close cooperation with the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts is a core element of the project. The German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH) forms the interface between the project and the skilled crafts organisations in Germany. The development and implementation of qualification measures and capacity development measures is carried out in cooperation with the selected skilled crafts organisations.
