The VET Toolbox is funded by the European Union/DEVCO and the German Government and implemented by a partnership of European Member State Agencies led by Enabel (BELGIUM) in cooperation with GIZ (GERMANY), AFD (FRANCE), British Council, and LuxDEV (LUXEMBOURG), aiming to improve the effectiveness of VET reforms so that they are more demand-driven and responsive to labour market needs. VET provision is often not responsive to the demands and opportunities of the labour market due to a lack of relevant analysis of supply and demand on that market. The VET Toolbox shall deliver needs-based results, mainly in the form of tools and short-term advisory services. The assignment will therefore be implemented over a period of 500 expert days, with effect from the date the contract is signed until 31.12.2020.
