Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) works in Thailand on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) since 2009. In the framework of the International Climate Initiative (IKI), GIZ supports the Thai Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE) to reduce its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and improve its adaptation to climate change. GIZ is, therefore, seeking to procure high-quality consultancy services to support the Thai government to implement their Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) through two lots: Lot 1: Domestic measurement, reporting and verification system (“MRV”) 81221768.
