81220975-Promotion of Good Financial Governance in SICA

A pressing issues for the set of the Central American countries is how can they improve the mobilization of domestic income. A corresponding issue is the improvement of public budget allocation, monitor and evaluate programs, the efficiency of spending, in particular, in the social sectors. Given that background the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit – GIZ GmbH intends to support to policy integration in Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic through technical assistance. Central issues are Domestic Resource Mobilization and Budgetary Reform with Fiscal Transparency as a cross-cutting issue. GIZ invites consulting firms to tender for the TA program in SICA member countries in the period from October 2018 to February 2021 as integral part of the new regional program mentioned above.
