## Leistungsumfang

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development in cooperation with other co-financers has commissioned the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to implement the "Employment and Skills for Development in Africa" (E4D) program in Tanzania. E4D"s core objective is to promote sustainable employment, higher income and better working conditions as well as to strengthen business capacities of local companies. It operates through a range of public-private collaborations in sectors with high employment potential. E4D seeks to commission a consultancy/consortium of firms to implement a measure under its skills development pillar co-funded by KOICA. The measure aims to improve the employability and the economic situation of young Tanzanians (men and women) through the provision of demand-driven skills development and matching services in cooperation with the private sector.
