## Leistungsumfang

The ‘VET-Toolbox 2’ is a multi-donor action jointly co-financed by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The action will promote employment through skills enhancement along private sector investments in 11 countries. The regional programme ‘Employment and Skills for Development in Africa (E4D)’ implemented by GIZ is responsible for the implementation in Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. The VET-Toolbox 2 aims at contributing to improving the investment climate in selected African countries. The specific objective is: enhanced delivery of demand-driven skills development and VET, catering for investment needs. The contract is for the provision of a lead consultant and a pool of international and national short-term experts (STE) to support the implementation of the VET-Toolbox 2 in Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania and Uganda. The services to be provided under the contract include measures for capacity development and technical, organisational and strategy advice.
