## Leistungsumfang

The consultancy package is part of the bilateral Programme for Sustainable Economic Development (PSED) in Ghana. The overall objective of PSED is to improve the conditions for decent, productive employment in Ghana. The Programme combines a number of intervention areas: vocational training, financial systems development and migration. The focus of the consultancy package is on improving access to financial services for MSMEs in Ghana, specifically through providing technical assistance: 1) to financial services providers (FSPs) in improving the offer of financial services for MSMEs, with particular attention to be paid to the potential of harnessing digital channels and technologies; and 2) to strengthen MSMEs' abilities to access and benefit from financial services. These activities will contribute to at least 2 000 MSMEs, 30 % of which are led by women, having gained access to innovative financial services by the end of the project.
