## Leistungsumfang

GIZ is seeking the services of a qualified consultancy with strong experience in data management and data governance projects, ideally in the context of the tax and/or customs administrations for the implementation of a data warehouse project in Zambia. The ZRA decided to set up a project to assist several units in the customs service division, domestic taxes division, finance, research, policy and investigations division in undertaking Bulk Intelligence Data Analysis (BIDA) to, inter alia, detect suspicious transactions and generate reports for follow-ups. The envisaged solution seeks an approach that exploits the full potential of information sharing and data analysis within ZRA and between ZRA and a range of external entities. The objectives of the present call for tender are multiple, all replying to the scope previously stated.
