## Leistungsumfang

The TAM III program in partnership with the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green and Digital Economy, along with other public and private partners, is responsible for implementing, over the period from September 2015 to December 2020, the third phase (TAM III) of the project ‘Support Program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises — Taahil Al Moukawalat’ (Project TAM III). The TAM III program contributes to the following on multiple areas of intervention: 1) Improvement of the business climate; 2) Promotion of enterprise networks and integrated support services; 3) Improvement of access to adapted financial services; and 4) Promotion of clusters to improve the supply of services to start-ups and innovative SMEs. This call for tenders covers solely the implementation of the Component 1 ‘Improvement of the business climate’ and consists of the development of a 5-year national business climate strategy. The duration of the contract is 9 months.
