## Leistungsumfang

Short-term expert pool for project WATIP II. The project aims to strengthen the ECOWAS common market and the integration into the international economic and trading systems by three intervention areas: 1) Trade facilitation measures improved and more efficiently implemented; 2) More efficient movement of goods along selected corridors; 3) Barriers for women and small-scale trader reduced. The contractor is responsible for providing short-term experts and one long-term expert for the following work packages: 1) Conceptual, strategic and planning advice to the WATIP II Management Team as well as to selected partners, incl. application of selected Capacity WORKS tools; 2) Technical assessments, studies and surveys falling into the scope of the programme; 3) Programme-relevant capacity assessments, workshops, trainings, and coachings; 4) Quality assurance of outputs, administrative support to planning and organizing missions and support to communication and visibility actions.
