## Leistungsumfang

The objective of the GIZ programme is to strengthen capacities of key government notably Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (Minecofin) and academic and other civil society actors in Rwanda to formulate economic and investment policies. This tender seeks an international partner (European university, consortium of European universities, or consultancy) to establish and implement academic cooperation and an inter-university partnership with the University of Rwanda (UR), College of Business and Economics (CBE). Core tasks are: joint design and support for implementation of strengthened ‘MSc Programme in economics with focus on applied quantitative economics’, with a view to obtaining international accreditation in due course; enhancement of UR-CBE's research and research cooperation at national and international levels; and delivery of courses in quantitative economics, mainly in Minecofin.
