## Leistungsumfang

Site supervision, quality management and quality assurance for 18 construction sites, from which 10 sites are concerned with Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS) and 8 sites are concerned with Energy Efficiency (EE) located in the Republic of Moldova (RM). The service to be delivered will demand a high level of flexibility from the winning firm, because the 18 sites will be in different stages of completion and are distributed throughout the country. Travelling will be required. The service will contain the allocation of 1 international and 2 national construction expert during the implementation period of 20 months, international expert 20 months, national experts little less. Experts shall be very experienced and familiar with the task, expertise (WSS — EE) shall be shared between the 2 national experts. In addition to the long-term expert, short-time experts will be required, national and international, according to the need of the project (6 months for each has been estimated for the tender). Administrative costs for the consulting services like transport, office, accommodation, etc. will be within the responsibility of the consultant.
