## Leistungsumfang

The project is implemented by German International Cooperation (GIZ) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ). The project goal is: The employability of Kosovar youth is improved. The trainings and advisory services to be implemented as part of the contract contribute to the second of the project's four fields of action. The field of action 2) contributes to improving the quality of professional education and training by better orientating the supply with the demands of the labor market as well as by introducing professional practice into vocational education. The development of a standard and pilot implementation of trainings for in-company trainers will support business membership organisations and individual businesses that participate in cooperative vocational education and training programmes supported by the project and the partner Ministries for Education, Science and Technology and Labour and Social Welfare.
