- 03.11.2018: Vertragsänderung veröffentlicht · 1) Work under VN81199254 has progressed faster and required additional efforts; more stakeholders than originally envisioned had to be added to the direct project counterparts; and a whole array of additional tasks have emerged based on: (i) 2017 and 2018 results; (ii) our sector dialogue; as well as (iii) recent changes in the national and global energy market. The main tasks to be added to TOR are as follows: (a) 10 instead of 2-4 VRE papers; (b) Up to 7 additional RECD modelling efforts (9 instead of 2); (c) Economic value of the 2 newly planned VRA wind sites are to be calculated (3 instead of 1); (d) Transaction advisory to at least 6 VRE transactions or potential PV/wind power or power plant buyers with large power need (6 instead of 1-2); (e) Provide at least 3 (instead of 0) counterparts with the novel "Re.Navigator" software under SharePoint or similar; (f) Propose changes to the RE Act based on economic analysis; (g) Prepare a phone survey to ECG clients for >500 customers; (h) Prepare a PV register and simple analysis tool inside SharePoint or Power BI, so GIZ can use it in its roll-out; (i) Relevant stakeholders are now 20-30 instead of 4-7; (j) 6 instead of 4 workshops and trainings.
